Well after 65 hours of traveling and taking a car, metro, two planes, two taxis, two buses, two car rides; spending 20 hours in an airport and waited 4 hours for a river to go down so that we could cross; Andrew and I arrived at Loma de Luz safe and sound.
Andrew manged to get a personal tour of the hospital by splitting his hand open on the soccer field only a few hours after arrival. School started the day after we got here... and Andrew what a great help.
Even though Andrew was only here for a week, I think that he was able to get a good taste of life here.
This is like the most tiring post ever!!! Glad you and Andrew had a good week!
